PEDIATRIC DENTAL ASSOCIATES

Warning NOT RECOMMENDED!! This is the second time I used this office for my granddaughter’s dental health. Both times, I had major issues with this office. The staff at the front desk need a full training in Impressive Customer Service because they don’t have a clue! On Friday, I reached their answering service as the office was closed. The man I spoke with gave me a 9:30 appointment on the following Monday as my granddaughter’s cap and spacer fell out. When I arrived with my granddaughter at 9:15 on that Monday, I was rudely informed that I missed the appointment that was at 8:30!! It was never schedule with me at 8:30. I was then told that they were too busy to fit my granddaughter into their schedule. Never once was I asked to reschedule her appointment. With my very upset granddaughter holding my hand, we left the hostile office. When I got home, I left a voice message asking the office manager to call me so that I can discuss the issue at hand. To date, I never… received a call from that manager. The good part of this poorly handled issue was that I found another pediatric dentist in Warrington. My granddaughter and her twin brother will now call this other dental office their place to have dental work done!!
