Peninsula Family Dentistry

I absolutely loved bringing my children to this dentist, that is when it was Wilkinson Dental and even when it first became Peninsula Family Dentistry. Right up until Dr.Wilkinson retired. The atmosphere change was disheartening and sad as I had been bringing my 4 children here since their first dental appointment the past 20 years. Dismissed because and I quote the office manager “we felt as though you weren’t a good fit for us due to the lack of communication after leaving voice mail”. Absolutely disrespectful and ignorant. I admit I had a bad year and a half when life kept kicking me and missed making two appointments for cleanings but not at all the terrible person this woman made me feel to be. Life happens sometimes and I have absolutely no obligation to contact our dentist of all people to inform them of this. My son who is now an adult and has braces needs to be seen by a regular dentist and they refused to take him due to being full, just like every other dentist in the whole… county. I had never before been dismissed by this business when Dr.Wilkinson was there, I had gone a year with no communication and it was not a problem as it shouldn’t be. Unless you keep this place informed of your personal life problems don’t expect them to keep you on as a patient, they will dismiss you.
