"Highly unprofessional facility with rude staff. My wife has been in pain for over a month waiting for an appointment. She called yesterday to confirm the appointment and was told it was at 2:30. After driving Over 60 miles to reach the Doctors Office because we have since moved, but she felt a loyalty to deal with them. She was refused service because she was five minutes late by her understanding. The woman behind the desk who Does not apparently care for patients who are in pain, Told her she could not be served and sent her on her way back home. She claims she was more than 15 minutes late and the appointment was for 2:15. Never mind that my wife has missed work to go to this appointment, Never mind the fact Of the money spent on gas traveling there and back. This receptionist treated her poorly with apparently no empathy or understanding. If this is how Pike dental treats, their patients who are in extreme pain enough to be nauseated every day, Apparently, they forgot the doctors… oath to do no harm. I would not recommend them and I would suggest you treat them with the same way they treated my wife."

"Horrid office practices you wait six months for a basic cleaning. I went in for my appointment after waiting for six months and it was not on the books. So I waited six months, drove 40 minutes in the snow to be told the appointment had been canceled. They said they didn’t have the proper phone number and when they called to confirm they couldn't get ahold of me so they canceled. Sounds like a semi-resonable excuse yet they sent me a post card the month of the appointment verifying the appointment and it says . "Please call us today if you need to reschedule". I didn’t call so obviously I was going to keep the appointment. No apologies or an attempt to expedite another appointment. If you want to wait six month for a cleaning, get canceled, and then wait another six months Pike County Detal associated with Wayne's County Hospital is for you."
