Providers call out way too often. Have too many patients and not enough providers. It is a very hard to get an appointment even 30 days out. On the days that providers do call out if you are scheduled to see them, you are dismissed and questioned as to why it is so important to get seen right away. I have had a provider call out on the day I was to be seen several times over the last 6 to 8 months. They expect me to be able to drop everything I’m doing and run 45 minutes to an hour away to a new office, and if I am unable to do so, they consider it a decline of appointment And do not want to provide a Bridge for my medication until I can get seen at a closer office. Bottom line they care about money and appeasing the federal government and do not care about patients. Patient advocacy or doing what’s best for patient care.
