This doctor’s office is really hard up for your hard-earned money. If you’re on time, you’re deemed late due to their policy of being either 15 minutes early or 20 minutes early, depending on whom you’re dealing with. I was turned away for being on time and forced to reschedule another appointment for weeks later. Then, I received a $40 no-show bill. Wait! What?? I was there. You turned me away, and now you expect me to pay you for turning me away. Did you pay for my wasted gas and time? No. OK, I can somewhat understand that silly policy, but, what happens when your doctor runs late? Which has happened to me numerous times. They should offer us the same courtesy, right? It’s only fair! I will no longer support doctors who act egregiously and implement such ridiculous policies. They need us just as much as we need them. We need to start taking a stand against companies that take such egregious actions towards us. I do have some disabilities, so needless to say that I have several… days that I am not able to function very well and that was definitely one of my struggle days, but it took every ounce of effort to show up for that appointment and even pleaded with the staff and no empathy whatsoever was shown to me. Very disheartening and disappointing! I will not return.
