After over 5 years as a patient, I’ve seen care decline sharply. My last visit took almost 2 hours for a routine check-in. I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time, was passed between staff, and never received clear answers up front. The PA didn’t ask if my medication was working, didn’t follow up on symptoms, and didn’t ask important questions like when my last period was—despite pregnancy risks. You can’t schedule online, and calls get picked up just to be put on hold without waiting for your response. Hold times last 25–30 mins before disconnecting, and I had to call back 4–5 times with no resolution. Meanwhile, staff are visibly available but don’t answer phones. I won’t be returning.
