After waiting over 45 minutes for a virual visit appointment to begin, which took 3 months to get, appointment was cancelled and I was told it had to be rescheduled. As if I hadn't wasted enough time on this, it took another 15 minutes to get a new appointment 4 months later. Obviously they don't believe sleep issues to be serious health concerns.
