It’s not safe to use! Lot of elderly getting bad medical advice, misdiagnosed and wrongfully prescribed medications. Office never bothers to call or schedule appointments. Waited 2 months for Nurse Practitioner to make house call. Still waiting on physical therapy, speech therapist and nutritional specialist for tube feeding for 3 weeks the wait is because the office clerks keep using referrals to providers that are not covid by insurance. They told Dad to find their own. Never let me the POA know Mom was without tube feeding for week. We finally had enough waiting and found new service for our elders.

Avoid this company. They are a business not a patient service. The lack of communication and inability to be proactive in connecting treatment for patients that will lead to a cure. They do not have diagnostic or clinical skills beyond looking at a computer. Nurse read the test wrong resulting in patient being misdiagnosed and suffering life threatening complications..

DO NOT USE! Waiting for the elder to get a call for an appointment 60 days. Waiting for Social Work for patient financial aid sign off for 3 months. Uses referral partners that do not take insurance and bill elders 100% out of pocket, despite telling management that only in-network care will be accepted. Test results were falsified pt ended up in ER due to neglect
