I explicitly requested to be seen by a **DO**—not an APRN, not an MD, but a DO. Instead of respecting this **very clear** request, they **immediately** attempted to shove me into an appointment with an APRN without my consent. I had to push back **just to get the appointment I originally asked for,** which they begrudgingly scheduled **a month out.**
Fast forward a month later, I find out these geniuses went ahead and scheduled me **for the original appointment I had already declined**—with the APRN I specifically did not want to see. When I called to correct **their mistake,** they had **zero explanation, zero accountability, and zero willingness to fix it.** Instead, they once again tried to force me into an appointment with an APRN or an MD, **completely ignoring my initial request.**
To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager to… file a complaint, they **put me on hold for several minutes, then dumped me into an unnamed voicemail.** Not even the courtesy of a name—just silence. That tells you everything you need to know about how much they care about patient concerns.
This place is an absolute joke. If you value basic competence, respect for your preferences, and even the **slightest** level of professionalism, **go somewhere else.**
