The front office is a complete joke. The staff there is completely irresponsible for getting appointments set up on time. Follow up appointment after a emergency room visit will take 4 months rather than within the 2 weeks the hospital requested. Any issues with authorizations will not be notified to the patient until the day prior to the appointment. So even if you made your appointment 4 months prior, you may lose it because of their inability to notify you at an earlier time. Also, top that off with a horrible attitude in communication, this place is a complete disaster. They don't do their job and depend on patients to take corrective actions for their inefficiency. This is a reflection of their whole staff and the doctors they work for. Advice to the Doctors there, you need to reorg and retrain your staff.
