"I regret choosing PrimaryOne for my healthcare needs. The entire experience was a mess. The clinic was poorly organized, and I was given incorrect information about my appointment time, which caused unnecessary stress. When I finally saw the doctor, they were completely indifferent to my concerns and offered minimal explanation for my symptoms or the treatment plan. The nurse who took my blood sample was rough and left me with a large bruise. Additionally, the clinic failed to follow up with my test results, and when I called to inquire, I was met with rude and unhelpful responses. This place is unprofessional and does not care about its patients. I will never go back."
