The front office staff and phone receptionists are some of the rudest people we have ever encountered. On a routine basis, they refuse to schedule and make the nurses schedule appointments. They refuse to assist when you arrive for appointments. They immediately provide attitude rather than solutions. I'm not sure if it's worth getting to the doctors if we have to continue to deal with these receptionists.
