Providence Gastroenterology

We've been calling to get information on an upcoming procedure and getting no return call for the last 2 weeks. This is not a good way to run a medical practice.

I have also been trying to schedule an appointment and have called 3 times and no one has returned my call to schedule . Very frustrating!!! In the past this hasn’t been a problem and I am happy with the doctor I normally see.

No one answers the phone nor returns voicemails. My pharmacist can not reach the office to fulfill my prescription and they had to call me to attempt. Attempted each option from the automated system and get no answer over several days. Patient portal does not recognize me as a patient. I appreciated my doctor and followed him to this practice, but the practice appears to be poorly managed and considering returning to previous practice and starting with new doctor.
