Unethical & Unprofessional! I paid over $7K in full & upfront for 4 fillings, a deep cleaning, 5 "surgical" extractions that were actually simple extractions, temporary partials and then final partials to be done after 4 to 5 mths healing time. I stopped the process after getting the temporary partials because they were unwearable from day 1! Went in for adjustments 4 times in 4 weeks. Still ill-fitting/ painful. Then dentist said we could move the permanent set up and do the molds that day just 4 wks after extractions so I stopped the whole process never having the final set of dentures made (paid in full for them already though) I ended up going to another dentist and it turns out that I still needed that deep cleaning because it had never been done as well as still needing 2 fillings on teeth they said they did filling on. Of course, I had to pay for the same work twice. I still can't wear the temporary set and will have to have the final set done elsewhere and pay a second time for… those as well. They stop responding when you ask for a detailed billing statement and for a copy of your dental records. And they have yet to refund me for the work they never did or for overcharging me on the extractions!

After reading these reviews, I realized I've had a similar experience. I received a bill exceeding $900, which I later found out was not covered by my insurance.

I was a patient at Prudent. Initially, they assured me that certain expenses would be covered by insurance, but later, after the procedure was completed, they claimed otherwise, leaving me to foot the bill out of pocket.

I visit this dentistry and received what I thought was a comprehensive quote, assuring coverage by insurance. Unfortuneately a month later. I was surprised to received an additional bill for $3000, I called them they said it turn out my insurance did not cover those expense. Well dishonest and totally irresponsible. If they assure my insruance cover now after the treatment they said it's not.

I DO NOT Recommend anyone to go to this dentist ever !!! They totally ruined the set out plan for my mother and will not even speak to us. They have blocked our phone calls and even the doctor that called her directly blocked her number !! They will not tell us who the owner is or provide us with any information that we need.
