We received a "bill" that said this was our final notice; however, we'd never received any bill. This statement had no information on what was done, the amount paid by insurance, etc. It was just an announcement of an amount and a threat of collections. I called the billing department, which turned out to be a non-US call center. They wanted to know far more than the normal identification (name, DoB.) They wanted to know SSN, etc, and I balked. They said they would send a proper bill in 7-10 business days. I've not seen it yet. I tried going to their website. It had a non-working number listed on the site. I went to a second website. It had a medical department that was not QES. I was transferred to Trihealth's billing department which could tell me nothing. I emailed -- no response. Stay away frrom this nightmare.
