Rapides urgent care on jackson st. Alexandria louisiana. On the door it states 8am-8pm daily. This the second time, I've try to come after work and they shut the lights off on me at 7:28 pm. I'm not understanding why have ya are here to help between 8-8 daily if when you see headlights ya shut the lights off or make excuses about why you can't see anyone else. This is ridiculous. If you don't want to help ppl then just say that!!!!
