Excellent care and patient/customer service. Feel ‘heard’, understood, and cared for. No long waiting, my appointments are punctual. When I have needed extra time-no problem, I’ve been accommodated. Recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS “PRACTICE”. My “Doctor “ was USELESS!!!! She OBVIOUSLY DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT!!! She did her “ homework” on MY TIME, NOT HERS, and made ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES FOR THIS!!!! She was ABRASIVE, ABRUPT, RUDE, THREATENING, INSULTING , INSENSITIVE!!!! She COULD NOT EVEN EXPLAIN RESULTS OF TESTS SHE HAD ORDERED!!!! I CLEARLY TOLD HER TO NOT ORDER ANYTHING NOT COVERED BY My INSURANCE!!!! EITHER SHE DID NOT LISTEN OR SHY JUST DID NOT CARE AS I JUST GIT A BUG BILL FOR TESTS ORDERED BY HER!!!! If I could give a NEGATIVE Number of stars, I WOULD. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! Wait times were LONG!!! I was BLEEDING, and had BL RUNNING DOWN MY LEG IN TO MY SHOE!!!! Not a SINGLE paper towel or tissue in the room I was in!!!!! Went to the desk. NO ONE THERE. Went to get a paper towel. The dispenser was EMPTY!!!!! Someone FINALLY SHOWED Up. I told her about the blood and paper towels situation. She said NOTHING, and offered NO APOLOGIES!!!! I asked for a tissue, antiseptic… wipe and bandage. She brought me a TINY band aid, NOTHING ELSE!!!! I was TOTALLY DISMISSED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. She said “there is NOTHING ELSE I CAN DO FOR YOU.”I felt like saying” nothing more.. You Haven’t done ANYTHING FOR ME!!!! Wait times were WAY TOO LONG!!!!! AGAIN RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!! Having to go there was one of the MIST TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCES IF My ENTIRE LIFE!!!! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!!!!!!!
