I wanted to like these people but I don’t. First appointment I tried to explain my medical history and current issues. Was constantly interrupted and talked over. I was in a lot of pain and could hardly walk. Needed an MRI and xray for my back and hip. Scheduled a follow up appointment for 2 weeks to have time to get blood test and other test results back. A week before I called to see where the mri was sent to as I had not heard anything. Left a voicemail with the nurse and never heard back. Called several times. Then a couple days before the appointment they said they didn’t have the results yet and I told them I am waiting to see who it was sent to as I never heard back. The next day I got a call to go in for the mri. I went to the follow up appointment and went over blood tests and went back again for mri results and she went over blood test again and when she was wrapping up the appointment I asked about the MRI results she said oh yeah now I remember who you are. She said she was… referring me to orthopedist and never did, called left message about it and never heard back. Called about getting my records and was told I would be charged 10 cents a page. This place is an absolute sham, so much incompetence, so rude, complete nightmare. I am in severe pain, I can hardly walk sit or lay down just constant unbearable pain and now have to wait 7 weeks for an appointment with a real doctor and pay 10 cents a page to get her my test results so I can get my referral done. I hope karma comes quickly for them.

When I called the front desk to make an appointment I explained to the front desk lady my situation and that I was previously on a medication with my primary doctor and needed to move over to a psychiatrist for medication management for it now. She assured me that it would not be an issue. I then get to the appointment and first off, I had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. And, secondly, once I actually got back to my appointment the psychiatrist told me that she cannot prescribe controlled substances (the medication that I needed and have been on for years). Train your front staff better and make sure they tell the patients up front that the office does not prescribe the medication that they need.
