I have been going to this clinic for many many years. Well today was the end of my patience, tolerance,whatever you want to call it. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment,,5 minutes mind you, looking for a parking space. Sometimes I have to drive around building a few times to find one. Anyway the receptionist put me down as a no show an would not let me use my appointment,,she said it was clinic policy even if your one minute late. Well that's news to me as most places give you 15 minutes. This clinic use to as well cause I've had to call before cause of an accident. I was never made aware of any such thing,,,NEVER told,,NEVER signed any such paper, NEVER shown any. And they couldn't produce anything to show me. THIS is BS. I would NOT recommend this astablishment!!!!!
