Sage Dental of Port St. Lucie

This is a followup to my review 2 weeks ago I did hear back finally from the office manager and QA at Sage and ultimately got a statement at my request a few days ago The issue is simple I paid a total of $3,624 to Sageand my insurance paid $1,368.40 which totals $4,992.40. I overpaid by $1,668. 40 But Sage only wants to refund $723. Which is obviously not acceptable I was also told that refunds take 60days But Sage will not start treatment unless they are paid up front I have written letters to the editors of Community News, Elderly Protective services, the Health Department and Treasure Coast Newspapers complaining about this and will continue to air this in the public forum which seems to be a common complaint rendered against Sage until they straighten it out
