I don’t really have a complaint with this doctor but the staff or his medical assistant is so unprofessional. I had aspiration pneumonia 7/29 admitted to Salem Hospital. Follow up with this doctor on 8/13. Dr Trivetti said my lungs sounded clear. Ordered sodium chloride 7% solution for a nebulizer which i do not have. The medical assistant did not follow through faxing the orders to the DME whom I spoke to several times. After calling every day for three weeks, leaving messages with the office, answering service AND the on call doctor, my call has still not been returned. My pcp had me do a CXR, seen at ER on 10/2 with pneumonia once again. Was given a breathing treatment with the nebulizzerà and given an inhaler. All due to the negligence of that office.
