Salem Laser and Surgery insisted on payment of copay $225 in advance. The surgeon canceled the surgery on the day of the surgery June 14th 2024. My copayment has not been returned. I’ve called twice asking about the return; both times I was told billing would be notified and they would call me. I have not heard from billing.

Staff were great, from the check-in, pre-op to actual procedure and f/u. I was treated with professionalism and respect!!!
