Had an appointment on the 5th of September, someone called on 1st of September to confirm I will be in on the 5th and I said on the 5th I may have Jury duty so she said I will fit you in for the next Tuesday which was the 12th at 9 am. Arrived at the Rotunda office to see Dr. Kalaira at 8:45 am signed in after 10:15 a.m asked will I be fitted in told to wait 15 minutes to see if the 10:15 appt come in if not I will be called back. At 10:30 was told some will call you back soon. Waited another 35 minutes before I was called back. I have been in the office for 2 hours and 15 minutes and still haven't been seen. Why was I told they would fit me in. Lots of wasted time for me. Not happy.
