Sanford Health Brookings Clinic

This clinic is now staffed with practitioners instead of medical doctors as PCPs. The decision to do this has greatly diminished the quality of care received at this clinic. I've been a patient for several years, but now seeking elsewhere for quality medical care.

I've been a patient of the Brookings clinic for several years, and beginning the past year (2022) the clinic has staffed very inexperienced CNPs and PAs (instead of MDs) to support primary patient care. This being said, I have found that the quality of patient care has drastically declined, unless you see specialist (medical doctor). CNPs and PAs have their place in the medical field, but the experience of a medical doctor is a necessity as the first interface to proper patient care.
