I booked an appointment explicitly telling the receptionist that my son needs a hearing test, they booked it for 2:45 knowing that their audiologist leaves at 2:30 and then wanted to upsell me one more doctor visit after that so I would have to see doctor again and pay twice just because this is how it works there. This is called either scam or complete incompetence. Don't recommend. Avoid this place.
