Schwartz Melissa Office

Dr. Melissa Schwartz is a competent doctor for general ENT and allergy issues. I was referred to her after being in a serious MVA and having head, ear, and cervical spine trauma. I developed many problems with my ears, including constant tinnitus, from the MVA. I never had these problems before and never saw an ENT. After explaining my symptoms to Dr. Schwartz, she actually asked me if I was making this up! I was speechless that a doctor would present oneself that way! She did some ear testing afterwards and saw the failed results in my ears. She did refer me out to other specialists where I was handled in a more professional manner. I ended up needing extensive spinal surgery and my ears, to this day, still have constant tinnitus and problems. Because of this statement from her, I cannot recommend her as a professional doctor.
