Schweiger Dermatology is a place committed to fraudulent medical business practices. Their focus is on profits and not providing actual any medical treatment. After several months of communicating the same concerns, that made me hesitant to come in to begin with, I have been ignored and in process of being sent to collections. Through manipulation via their Medical practitioners, their on site managers and billing department, they do not accurately bill for treatment. To the point, conversations were documented in the event of being bamboozled into coming out of pocket. After going back and forth for almost 6 months, despite being promised to speak to the manager during the initial incident, no attempt to resolve the situation has occured. And told after several attempts to reach back out "no manager was available and they were in meetings." I warn anyone going here looking for medical treatment of any kind. From the front desk to the billing department, to the "licensed" medical… professionals providing advice and treatment, their focus is NOT the patient. They provide inaccurate information intentionally so consent is given, only to find out the out of pocket costs months later. Will be filing a formal complaint with Department of Health and insurance company to have an investigation done into this very large medical practice. It would be a huge concern if other locations are targeted certain people with specific medical insurances to turn a profit.

Worst experience you can never get an appointment. If you try speaking with a human good luck with that. All responses take 24 hours for response. I was told if I ever get facial cystic acne to call and they will get me in that day. That day is actually a week from that day. Worst place to get service
