Shoemaker Family Dental

I experienced the absolute worst service at Exceptional Dentistry Jeffersonville IN. Also known as "Shoemaker Family Dentistry". The Absolute rudeness and ridiculous encounter with the receptionist ever at their Jeffersonville Indiana location! I had an appointment, do to a Failure of a Crown I had done here in the summer of 2022! After completing my paperwork, I walked up to the receptionist at the counter. She looked over my paperwork and said who is your Dental Insurance now. I said my HR advised all I need to do is give you my SS# and you all can find it that way. She "Very Rudely" responded, in a ridiculous aggressive voice and tone, "that is not how it works here". Your HR lady doesn't work here. She offered no assistance in finding out who my insurance is or advice how to find out. I then said, why do I have to pay anyway, because of a failure of a procedure I had done here. I said where your crown I got here came off. She rudely interrupted and said it was over 5 years ago. I… then showed her one I had from another dentist office and said it was done over 17 years ago. She advised my Crown was No Longer under Warranty. So they do not stand by their work, scary. I said actually I had it done ONLY 3yrs 5 months ago. She literally rolled her eyes and said whatever. She then said you will have to pay cash for the checkup and exam then since you do not know your dental insurance company. I said I just need my tooth glued back on. Nothing else, no other work I'm not paying cash for a failure of my crown due to this dentistry, thank you, I'm good. She replies Good, Great, See ya! Very Rudely! Wow, what an AWFUL EXPERIENCE. My tooth was Hurting and they Absolutely did not care. The pic below is the Awful receptionist!
