Shrewsbury Mammography

I’ve been going to this facility for my mammograms for years now. Today, April 2, was another year down. I did the usual. Insurance check. Go in the back. Put on Jonny. Wait to be called. Then, a woman named Jen called me back. She was very pleasant and started asking the typical questions. She then started chatting about age and how young she thought I looked and complimented me on my youthful appearance. I said thank you and we started talking about how life changes and basically 50’s are the new 30’s. It was one of the best, personable visits I have ever had. After a rough weekend, and being world autism awareness day, (I have 2 young adults with profound autism) this interaction, at a routine mammogram, made my day! Thank you for such a positive experience and your kind words, Jen. I got in my car and just smiled. You’ll never know just how much your words lifted me today.
