Dr. Vinciguerra is okay. This review is for Nancy; she is the billing person/receptionist. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING UP FRONT! Don’t trust what she tells you; she lies and changes her story frequently. If you have a discount dental plan, verify with your discount plan that she quoted the discount fee correctly, BEFORE the work is done! Get it in writing from her! I paid for my crown and she underhandedly billed my Cigna Medicare dental allowance plan, after I paid in full with my credit card. This will delay my reimbursement from my dental allowance plan until the investigation is complete.
