Simonmed Imaging Fashion Square

Horrible. Yesterday my appointment was canceled less than an hour before my check in time because there was no one working trained on the scan I needed. I had taken off work and planned my day around it. They rescheduled me for today, I left work early and sat there for over an hour. I finally asked what was going on and they were still confused on my order. It is absurd they didn’t get clarification and make sure everything was figured out after having this issue yesterday. It was after 4 pm on a Friday so no way do get ahold of a dr. The front desk girls were so immature and unprofessional. They sat there joking around and acting like teenagers she whole hour I was waiting. They talked about coworkers, talked about patients and even talked about me and my order and why it was with me sitting right there and for anyone to hear. Pretty sure that’s a HIPAA violation among many other things. I know insurance rules and things aren’t their fault but there are so many things that could have… been done to prevent this from being such an atrocious experience. I got my refund and left and will not be coming back.
