Simonmed Imaging Sand Lake

BEWARE !!! SimonMed Imaging located at 6000 Turkey Lake Road in Florida Has the worst Customer service. I received a call from an employee named Audrey, who informed me that the facility could not perform the ultrasounds I was scheduled for. When I attempted to ask questions and clarify the situation, she abruptly hung up on me. I attempted to call back to cancel my remaining appointment, but she refused to answer the phone. This behavior demonstrates a serious lack of customer service skills and disregard for patient needs. Additionally, when I contacted your customer service line, the representative collected my personal health information, yet I was later told that none of it had been entered into the system. This raises significant concerns about the security, accuracy, and handling of my protected health information. The level of unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and mishandling of my personal health information that I encountered is deeply concerning and unacceptable… for a healthcare provider. Throughout this entire process, I have been met with rudeness, disorganization, and a complete lack of accountability. Based on this experience, I no longer feel comfortable trusting SimonMed Imaging with my medical care or personal information. I will not be returning to this facility and will be reporting this incident to my insurance provider so they are aware of how patients are being treated. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously, and I request confirmation that it has been received and will be reviewed. I also urge you to address the conduct of the staff involved, particularly Audrey, and to evaluate your internal processes to ensure that no other patient has to experience this level of unprofessionalism. You can't get a corporate number or email to file a complaint.

I do not recommend the Simonmed in Turkey Lake in Orlando, Florida to anyone. It is not the first time I have come here. They are always late. Today the waiting time is 2 hours and the waiting room is always full. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Walk in for a CXR is the policy. I was told this after I tried to make an appointment last week. Today I went to the Turkey Lake Office as a walk in and was told at 1:20 they would take me at 3 pm. On questioning the delay I was told the tech was at lunch until 3 and to come back at 3:30pm. I came back at 3:30 and was told they aren’t doing any more X-rays today- that they are fully booked Because I am standing here, they are making an appointment for me for tomorrow Not a good policy
