It’s none of their business what my medical issues are that are not related to their facility. I politely told the girl up front that I understand if they don’t have a restroom but I’m not gonna go walking out from my appointment several times outside around the corner to the restroom that I understand that they don’t I just wanna go ahead and cancel my appointment and I please need something to show that I’ve canceled my appointment. The little blonde girl sitting upfront looked at me rolled her eyes saying aren’t you just snobby. I said excuse you,! you do not get to insult me and me sit back and me be quiet and allow you to bully me like that. the other girl sitting there beside her, the Hispanic looking girl, the one that has the acne on her face, and I say that because I don’t know her name that’s how I… can describe her, but I told her I just need a print out please she said well I don’t know how to print it out, I said OK well maybe your manager could help you & she got so irate i said maybe a coworker can help! I just need a print out.she said rudely look lady Just give me your phone & her take a picture of the computer. That shows they canceled it & I still very politely told her. Oh no ma’am thank you though but I don’t hand my expensive iPhone over to anybody and she said well you’re snobby you to take a picture of it yourself! I said oh no ma’am, I can’t see that far (it’s none of her business and I didn’t tell her but I broke my neck). I can’t reach around and look there & take a picture of it on their computer. all she had to do was get off her rude discriminating butt & ask somebody to help her print it because she said she did not know how to print. I still did not mind & she looked at me smacks her hand down on the desk, raise her voice loud and says well aren’t you just a snobby little bitch!! I said you have got to be kidding me. I have been very polite to you ladies I don’t mind that you don’t have a restroom. I politely ask you to just cancel my appointment and give me a print out of the cancellation, then you want to start calling me names insulting me Because I won’t give you my iPhone to use. I yelled for a manager to come up because the employees are harassing me. He got there she repeatedly kept calling me a snob. I told him exactly what I just wrote on here, and the girl was arguing yelling at me, raising her voice confrontational insulting me still while that gentleman stood there, and I yelled at her to stop yelling at me to stop it! all I did was cancel my appointment ask for print out. I don’t care if they don’t have restrooms inside I will simply go to a different place that’s OK, those girls are hateful, they showed their true colors. Insulting me, **picking on a disabled person!!!! calling me names so I told her up at the front desk. Exactly what she can do with it.!! She earned that!!!!! I’d be dad-gum if I’m gonna sit back & allow anybody, especially in medical to insult me yell at me confrontational call me names. I was sweet as Texas Southern Pie, until they bullied me! I was OK with finding a different place and they treat me like, NOT trusting them, Nobody should trust them. Those girls are absolute horrible humans, and they should be fired. I will be notifying the medical board of this issue, as well as a couple of other few places I don’t play around they want to bully me. They wanna insult me. They want to harass me well this Texas girl don’t take no crap from nobody.
