I had a bad experience with the whole team when I had an appointment for a root canal. The x’ray tech so with the supervisor were rude, customer service in that clinic is disgusting, very awful and the doctor was not helpful as well with the situation that I have to leave and decided not to do the procedure.This is my first time to encounter this kind of treatment and I was very disappointed especially I do work in a similar setting.Having a customer service training annually is very important in every setting.
