South Florida Rheumatology

South Florida Rheumatology was, indeed, closed by the previous corporate owner in late 2023, but the current management team reopened the practice two months later, rehired staff, and has added new rheumatologists. The office enjoys a 4.9 star rating among reviewers since the reopening. With respect, none of the other information in this post is correct. The current office has 2 locations (not 1) on Johnson Street in Hollywood and Taft Street in Pembroke Pines. There are a total of seven providers, not including any of the names below. I had the same problem with them closing on November 1st 2023 without notice to the patient. I called the office immediately and got voicemail which stated they were open until November 30 for clients to get their records. I left voice messages about my records and never received a call back. It is unprofessional to treat patients in such a manner. I still do not know why they closed so abruptly.

Office closed permanently without notice on November 1, 2023. Patients have been left in the lurch. The reason I know is I showed up for my scheduled appointment. Door locked , lights out and a not saying this location is permanently closed.
