I scheduled an appointment for Friday. When I arrived they had no appointment set. It was set, by their error, for the previous day. I had no way to know of this error except for a text reminder sent at 7am, 30 minutes before the appointment time. They rescheduled for later that day. When I arrived the second time, they would not see me until I paid $35 for a missed appointment, which would have been impossible to attend because of their error. They would not drop the charge "office policy." This is the opposite of customer service. Do not go there.
