Great staff! Attentive providers! Easy and quick scheduling. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of an ER visit. Wait with others was for months. Nancy listened and addressed all my concerns.

I didn’t even get passed the receptionist! I have no insurance so I was well aware I was going to be self pay! when I told them this I was never told how much the price would be nor was I told there were 2 forms of payments! cash $150 card $250. of course I wanted to pay in cash but didn’t have all that on me. Educated I would need to go get cash! The receptionist from the start had an attitude! Not confirming me whether I would be seen or not that same day! So i of course didn’t want to waste my time going out if I I wouldn’t be seen today! with all her attitude given to me this made me feel as if I would receive the same treatment from the DR! So i cancelled my appointment all together! if this is how you treat your new patients y’all need a fresh start!
