Wish i could give 1 star. When i started with them i was newly pregnant and uninsured. They told me my initial visit would be $380 out of pocket. When i arrived it was over $800. I then got a bill from lab corp for $1,600 for bloodwork which they told me would be done in house for under $100. When i brought the bill to them they acted like it was absurd and told me not to pay it. They told me they would look into it and get it reduced. They did not and it ended up going to collections During my geriatric pregnancy they offered me one ultrasound to confirm pregnancy. When i was concerned during a few visits their lack of consideration brought me to tears (multiple times). During one particular visit i was very concerned and requested an ultrasound and they said the room was busy. On my way out i saw it was not. They then made me wait 20 minutes in the waiting room. Gave me one so fast i couldn’t see or understand anything and refused to print any photos. If you call them with a… question or concern you will wait on hold for a minimum of 25 minutes. If you leave a message (even with the answering service) they will not call you back. If you message them in the portal you will not hear back from a doctor. I had multiple urine tests come back saying i was not pregnant. When i inquired why they informed me that it could have been a glitch. Weird i had to pay for their botched labs. My iron was very low from my initial bloodwork and they never told me to take supplements. This ended in me needing to see a hematologist for iron infusions prior to my due date so i could avoid a potential blood transfusion. My hematologist said had i been on iron supplements from the get go this could have been avoided. One month in to my pregnancy i acquired insurance.when doing so I made sure it was a provider that both they and the hospital they deliver out of accepted. I worked with the office manager to be sure after the last few very expensive billing mishap she was unable to correct. I continued my visits with them until 35 weeks pregnant when they called me on the phone and told me the hospital they deliver out of no longer takes me insurance. They asked i sign a paper saying i would pay $40,000.00 for a vaginal birth at the hospital uninsured. I was moved to tears yet again and said i could deliver within weeks what do i do and they recommended i calm down. They said i can continue visits with them however they will not be my doctors day of unless i signed the waiver saying id pay the hospital out of pocket. i asked how long they knew my insurance wouldn’t be accepted there they told me over 6 months. The majority of my pregnancy. I have never in my entire life felt more unsafe with a healthcare provider. They are careless,classless, and treat patients like trash. My dogs vet shows more compassion than these so called doctors and staff do. They made my pregnancy miserable. Considering how bad stress is for the baby it is truly baffling to me that they treat their patients the way they do. When i switched providers 5 weeks before my due date and they failed to send all my labs (that i paid for out of pocket) which delayed the process of them on boarding me. As if i had all this time to spare. When we reached out they sent the new provider a sad excuse for “doctors notes” instead of my actual labs. That i paid over $1,000.00 for. after asking three times my new provider made me retake the tests because “they clearly weren’t competent enough to send what is required if we’ve had to ask this many times.” Save yourself and avoid them at all costs. I am not the only patient there who has been mistreated. I’ve spoken with other ex patients who have been grossly neglected. Hoping this review can help you from becoming their next victim. Assuming the state board doesn’t have the good sense to shut them down or at the very least open an investigation.
