Sunnyside Dental Care

This place used to be amazing but their customer service is what went really downhill. They have front desk clerk named Katie who hung up on me when she could not accommodate my schedule. They are very hard to get a hold of and dont answer their phone. I just called to tell the dentist about how I was treated by Katie and no one is picking up their phone. If you want to be laughed at, hung up on, and have an overall bad experience make sure to ask for Katie. They have really high turnover. I never have the same dental hygienist. Watch out they are also pushing Invisalign. I have perfectly straight teeth and was given a presentation about Invisalign last time I was there that really put me off. I felt like they were selling me stuff instead of caring about my medical concerns. It's a shame how downhill this place has gone. UPDATE: It is so insulting that Sunnyside Dental Care did not even read my review. Why would I call you when you don't answer the phone and I get insulted when… Katie does answer?????? I asked YOU for a call back many times today and I am still waiting........ so tell me again how you want to partner up.
