Do not go to this place. I was scheduled for a procedure and the day before, they called me to say it would be cancelled because the authorization paperwork didn’t go through. After I had already made arrangements for work and child care. Why was the paperwork not done? Because the office never sent my insurance the required paperwork for them to authorize. In fact they hadn’t even started the process until 4 days before, for a process that takes 2 weeks. When I spoke to the office, the moron answering said that the insurance company was lying about not getting the paperwork. Makes no sense. It is now almost one month from that date and they haven’t called to follow up or reschedule - nothing. If you want to go to a place that cares about the patient one iota, don’t go here. Bunch of lazy ne’er-do-wells who are too incompetent at their job to even care about knowing what is right and what is wrong. If I could give less than zero stars, I would.
