I have come here multiple times before and never had an issue. However on August 27th, 2024 we were refused to be seen because we did not show up 30 minutes early to complete the new patient paper work after already checking in and pre-registering before coming into office. I don’t understand why you have to take the time to check in online when you have to fill out paperwork in office. This is prehistoric and I was highly dissatisfied and couldn’t believe my child was not taken care of after no one told me to be there 30 minutes early when I made the appointment. There was no grace or helpfulness at all. When I went to the website it says to show up 15 minutes early for registration so I am not sure why I had to be there 30 minutes early and when I wasn’t my son was refused care. I was beyond frustrated especially when there was only 1 other person in the waiting room. Very disappointed, confused and unsatisfied.

Seriously my provider left because you’re horrible. Now you file a lawsuit on her so I call to get my husband an appointment and you tell me to take him to the ER when it’s NOT an emergency. Great now YOUR OFFICE can pay the cost of the er bill! Straight trash! BBB and licensing board have been contacted to pull the recorded call.

I am a disabled veteran that was using them for community care program through the VA. I was scheduled to see the doctor after having emergency surgery. I made the appointment but was told that I could not come in because the doctor was out for maternity leave, and that he could not see me. They called back the following day and said another doctor at their clinic could see me. I drive 40 minutes to get there to find that the Office manager Emily said I could not be seen because the VA had not approved another doctor for me to see and that I had to "once again" wait for a call back from them once they got clearance. I drove back home another 40 minutes called the VA community care to inform them of the situation and the VA said that the Office manager was dead wrong that the authorization is for the clinic to see me and although a doctor is named on Optim Care (community care form) any doctor at that clinic is authorized and that is how they set things up and the office manager should… know better. I have had to call back in the past numerous times to get meds called into the VA to only have the Doctors office say they called them in and then of course the VA says no such call ever arrived. Office manager is a joke, needs to find other employment and sorry but this is not medical care to her it is simply a business, and she could care less about your pain and suffering.
