I was a patient of Dr. Stephens who retired in 2023. I recently called to schedule an appointment with another doctor. It took 3 days and 2 phone calls to get a call back from the office manager. When the office manager called be back, I was TOLD that I could not choose what doctor I wanted and that they were distributing Dr. Stephens' patients using a tally system.
