"She's only a Physician Assistant. Took here an 1hr to see us. it was at 10:45 we sat in a room for an hour she comes in at around 11: 45. The appointment ended at 12:30 2 hours and 30 minutes we were there dealing with this lady and got nowhere. Was a waste of gas to get no answers, We drove an hour and 20 minutes to get there. She can't treat or diagnose. She acts as though she has credentials to. Dealing with a person like her is a waste of time. We dealt with her a year ago coming February this year. We got no answers then that's why we had to deal with her again. Ms. Hong Putnam Does not listen to the parents of the patient. She ignores what you're saying and ignores your concerns. Talks around what you're saying, which is irritating. There's not much she can do to help you anyway even if you have legitimate concerns which we had. She talks in circles and she downplays your concerns. So how can you have a good patient, physician relationship to help a child when you don't listen… to your patient.
