The overall experience has been extremely disappointing. I had wonderful treatment for 25 years with this group, helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. Unfortunately Dr Wharton left the practice and I had to choose a new doctor. Although Dr Andes was very nice, she is very inexperienced. It seemed like I knew more about an older woman’s body than she did. In addition, the front desk misreprented how the appointment would be coded, and I am now left paying a bill that could have been avoided. The billing department sent me a first notice of payment which was aggressively worded at best. They then sent me three more notices for the two days after! Very aggressive with their billing practices. I can’t recommend, too many mishaps! Never going back! Dorene Chernoff

I have been a patient at this practice for 20 years. It’s been fabulous up until recently. I had a fabulous relationship with Dr. Sibul until recently. We’ve been thru a lot together from fertility to menopause. I had 3 UTI’s in a few months and I never heard from him or his assistants or his nurse practitioners. My second UTI I had blood and I freaked out. I went to the Northbrook location and saw Dr. Klineberg…. Excellent Dr. Still no call from Dr. Sibul or his 4 other staff that work with him. The next UTI was over a holiday weekend and I called the office and Dr. McGee called me back. Very kind and thorough I decided to make an appointment with her. Well a few days later Dr. McGee called me and told me she could not see me because I already have a great relationship with Dr. Sibul. Well who is she to tell me about my relationship with my Dr. To add insult to injury they never canceled my appointment and I got A BILL FOR A MISSED APPT!!!!!! I have called the office… manager Dina 3 times… I’m not paying the bill and I’m sharing this story with everyone I know. The customer service there is horrible and I warned you!!!!
