The Foot Doctor

Took my elderly, hard of hearing father to office and asked when setting up appointment if I could stay with him for appointment because he was hard of hearing and elderly. I was told no problem but if he continues to come to the office they would like to keep Covid exposure low so let him come alone if possible after first appointment. When arrived we handed in complete needed paper work and waited to be called. When called after a good 20 mins was told I should not be here and I wouldn’t be allowed into the appointment. I explained I specifically asked if I could stay as he has never been here and he was in his 90’s and hard of hearing. They continue to yell and scream I was not allowed to be there. I was totally embarrassed. This went on for a good 5 min. They wouldn’t listen to anything I tried to say until I told them we would be leaving and would go elsewhere and they finally let us into appointment. I later learned that the person yelling at me was the Dr wife.
