Thorburn Chiropractic And Wellness Center

I was scheduled for an appointment on 2:30 p.m. The receptionist asked me to arrive early to complete paperwork, so I came at 2:20 p.m. When I arrived, the door was locked. I called the office, and the person who answered told me the office was at lunch and would open in about ten minutes. Immediately after I hung up, I heard the door unlock. I went inside and waited. Around 2:30, the receptionist gave me the paperwork to complete. A few minutes later, another patient arrived. Shortly afterward, she was called back to an exam room. A minute or two later, I finished the paperwork. At 3:05 p.m. I asked the receptionist what time my appointment was, thinking perhaps I had made a mistake. She confirmed it was scheduled for 2:30 but noted that I had paperwork to complete. She then told me the doctor would be available shortly. By 3:15 p.m., I had been waiting for nearly an hour and unfortunately had to leave due to other obligations. I have never been treated the way I was in a doctors… office. Taking another patient ahead of me and keeping me waiting for almost an hour is simply not an acceptable way to treat a patient. I cannot comment on the quality of the care given but I would not recommend this office based on how I was treated waiting to see the doctor.
