I have been a patient of Dr Keplinger's since she started her practice. Dr. Keplinger is the best! I am originally from Moorefield but live in Georgia and will go to any length to use her as my dentist along with her dental hygienist, Tonya Hines. They both go above and beyond answering any question/concern honestly. They are both very gentle and listens to all my concerns and issues. I highly recommend them!!
