Very unprofessional staff! I took my 7-year-old son there because he had an abscess on his tooth, they saw him for 5 minutes, gave him a script and told us to come back in 2 weeks and they would have him come back to pull it. However, in two weeks when I brought him back, they informed me that I was not allowed to go back with him. This was his first time getting anything but a cleaning done and he was very scared, but to not cause a fuss I just sat down and waited knowing they would have to have me come back there to calm his nerves but he needed this done and if he could do that would be great. However, the lobby was full of older wemon, who then began to berate me with criticism that I would allow them to take him back there without me. While I felt 2 feet tall, they proceeded to get louder and the reception staff took notice and within 5 minutes of being there, the woman who took my son back brought him back and told me that despite my son being so brave because “I” was causing a… scene and the dentist would not see my son and I had to leave. Once I informed her that I was not saying anything, it was their patients making the fuss, she told me that my son was now "not” brave enough despite trying to not make me feel bad about it 1 minute ago. They were very rude and snarky the whole time and they sent my son away after prescribing him medication for the procedure and let him leave knowing he needed the extraction and knowing he had an infection just because they were being petty.
