Very upset with their new phone line communication. It is very confusing, laborers, & time consuming. I thought I had placed a refill order on the hotline #. Only to realize it had never been processed. Still waiting for refill 5 days later. The most important aspect of the Healthcare delivery system, is that patients have ease of access to staff,who can immediately assist in helping patients get their health care needs met. A patient can no longer speak to a live staff member. This maybe beneficial to daily office operations, but certainly not to patient satisfaction.
