Total Men's Southlake will be happy to do the following for you: 1. Not refill your medication no matter how many times you ask, call them (they don't answer the phone - ever), or have the main Total Men's hub message the (worthless) provider and ask. 2. The front desk will (bizarrely) make fun of your insurance in front of other patients (sorry guys, it's all I can afford. Thanks for that, though!). 3. Not see you within 30 minutes of your appointment time, routinely, no matter if you're the first appointment of the day or the first appointment after their protracted lunch break. 4. Not open on time.å Go to any other location. There are plenty.
If you don't show up for a scheduled appintment y they will wave wave the "missed appointment fee" agreement that you had no choice but to sign on your first appointment. Imagine my suprise when I take off work for my appointment only to wait for 5, then 10, then 15, then 20 minutes. The provider no-call no-showed and totally blew me off!! Then they head the audacity to bill me because they were able to "squeeze me in" later that day and if I couldn't make the 2nd last minute appointment they were going to chargee me $50!!! I had to take extra time off because of their incompetance and they acted like I was the one in the wrong. If you can't even follow yourr own policies ... then you don't get to bill my insurance company. I try to only use companies that have integrity and treat me like they'd like to be treated. The looks on their faces when I asked them when my account was going to be credited $50 per their own policy. They literally laughed at me and said "that's not how it… works." Good to know my time isn't valuable even thouough without it they wouldn't have anyone to bill!!!!!
